Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hazleton PA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any potential issues or malfunctions

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry

- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility problems

- Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance and repair needs

- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role

- Strong knowledge of industrial machine repair and preventative maintenance

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
