Join our team as a Cruise Planner helping clients select the right cruise line itinerary and accommodations for their perfect vacation at sea. Youll deliver personalized recommendations and ensure every booking runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting cruise itineraries and accommodations.
- Provide guidance on excursions activities and onboard options.
- Manage reservations payments and travel documentation.
- Support clients before and during their trips.
- Stay updated on cruise line promotions and training
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
- Passion for cruise travel and guest experiences.
