Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: San Francisco CA (On-site 5 days per week)

Compensation: $40000- $75000 base salary
About the Role
Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-growth venture-backed startup building AI-powered solutions that transform how companies discover and hire talent. This is a ground-floor opportunity where youll work directly with the founding team in a fast-paced flat environment making an immediate impact on growth.
As the first point of contact for prospective customers youll be responsible for identifying leads qualifying them and booking demos that drive adoption of our category-defining product. Youll work across multiple channels including outbound calls email social media and events to create meaningful connections with hiring teams across industries.
What Youll Do

Identify qualify and engage prospective customers to drive pipeline growth.

Book demos and support sales efforts across outbound channels.

Develop and refine outreach strategies to maximize engagement.

Maintain sales collateral and CRM systems to ensure a seamless pipeline.

Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a startup environment.
What Were Looking For
Experience & Education

1-2 years of SDR BDR or related experience preferred; junior to mid-level.

Open to new graduates with a track record of achievement in any field.

Bachelors degree (preferably from a reputable university).

Startup experience is a plus.
Skills & Attributes

No direct sales experience required; experience in lead generation qualification or demo booking is valuable.

Knowledge or interest in AI and market research.

Exceptional communication skills comfortable with public speaking and relationship-building.

A history of demonstrating exceptionalism (professional or personal achievements).
