Job Description

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
80% Load Planning
o Arrange return in a timely fashion to meet customer scheduled pick up dates
o Plan and schedule using the most efficient and cost-effective delivery methods; Truckload Less
Than Truckload and Parcel
o Track and trace shipments
o Provide world class customer service to internal and external customers
o Monitor RAs to ensure it is compliant with return policy
o BOL management to confirm load was received in full
20% Investigateand Analyze
o Work in liaison with warehousing transportation and customer to resolve RA discrepancies
o Report all aging RA (Return Authorization) root cause and actions weekly to Management
o Research customer chargebacks and deductions that relate to open RAs not received


REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelors Degree
o Must have strong analytic skills
o Must have a drivers license & be able to travel to other states
o 1-2 years of load planning or logistics experience is desired
o Strong MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint Word)
o WMS and TMS skills are plus
