Job Summary
E-logic is seeking a Lead Senior Systems Analyst will support requirements gathering functional and non-functional analysis and systems documentation for IT services from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). The analyst ensures solutions meet mission requirements while maintaining compliance with cybersecurity and federal IT standards. The candidate will be willing to travel in different states like District of Colombia Virginia Maryland California Florida and Rhode Island.
Responsibilities:
- Identify document and validate requirements with Government stakeholders.
- Perform system and data analysis to support solution design and implementation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare IT reports metrics and technical documentation.
- Contribute to continual service improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of professional work and leadership experience in business/technical requirements analysis planning development application testing and database support.
- Experience with DoDAF and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM System Architect.
- Required IAT III certification with T3 clearance.
