- Self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Experienced within Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) to deliver regular reports and draw insights on historical lead data audience attributes and lead performance metrics to support channel planning strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation operational lead management programs such as lead scoring lead source lead lifecycle.
- Familiarity with CRM tools Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.

Channel Strategist duties:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations stakeholders to gather insights for channel plans and capability advancement.
- Document current state processes and workflows and propose opportunities for optimizations and customer journeys to improve CRO.
- Benchmark industry metrics for lead management and maintain lead management guides and playbook for stakeholders.
- Support project management to ensure detailed channel requirements are outlined for channel operational activation.
- Prepare technical requirements documentation for CRM Web development and operational teams to support client experience optimizations and activation across SVB applications.
- Support Sales Operations critical requests in tracking form submissions within same day turn around.
- Identify trends gaps and opportunities from raw lead data to support channel plans and strategies.
- Track KPIs and performance of channel campaigns while partnering with analytics.
- Partner with analytics in maintaining lead reporting and translate data into visuals for channel plans.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting for stakeholders to identify root cause problems implement fixes and propose long-term solutions in collaboration with MarTech and Operations to prevent future reoccurrences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying target audience attributes and work cross-functionally in maintenance of audience segmentation.
