Position: Account Executive
Locations: El Segundo CA. Alpharetta GA. and Baltimore MD
Work Schedule: Full-Time/Hybrid
Were seeking a proven hunter who thrives on building new business and driving growth. As an Account Executive youll develop relationships with companies across multiple industries leveraging strong MSAs already in place and taking a blended approach to doing business. This is a high-visibility role within a team of 20 offering a strong foundation and the chance to make an immediate impact.
This role has a base salary plus commission. It offers a 24 month ramp up period to build your book of business.
Please note that you MUST have sales and recruiting experience in a recruiting agency setting to be considered for this position.
Hunt for new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
A hunter mentality: Youve done it before and know how to open doors create opportunities and close deals.
Experience building accounts within structured MSAs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple industries and decision-making levels.
Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term growth strategies by vertical.
Driven metrics-oriented and motivated by both personal and team success.
Were in growth mode and investing in top talent to scale.
