About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer with proven experience in healthcare analytics EDI data handling SQL and Snowflake. This role involves creating interactive dashboards and reports that support operational clinical and financial decision-making while adhering to HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy BI solutions using SQL Snowflake and BI tools.
Transform healthcare EDI and transactional data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
Ensure data quality consistency and compliance with HIPAA.
Optimize queries and data models for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

4 years in BI development preferably in healthcare.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake.
Knowledge of EDI transactions and healthcare data structures.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.

Preferred

Experience with data visualization best practices for healthcare KPIs.
Familiarity with HL7 FHIR or other interoperability standards
