Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
