Service Controller
Monday-Friday - 8AM - 4.30PM
Wellingborough (NN9)
Temporary ongoing to start ASAP
12.80 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Were currently recruiting a Service Controller to support our client in Wellingborough on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role where no two days are the same.
Day to day duties:
- Scheduling and dispatching engineers for service and breakdown calls
- Managing incoming calls and emails from customers
- Logging service jobs and updating records accurately
- Liaising with engineers and customers via phone call/emails
- General administration duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service coordinator/controller or similar admin role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using computer systems
