Raytheon Technologies Mission Solutions & Payloads Finance Team is seeking a Finance Analyst Program Cost Controls to join our Space Protection & Control (SPC) finance organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial performance and execution of the Triton program as well as contributing support to other programs in the area. This role requires a business partner approach to independent work effort under the direction of finance management.

This position will be an integrated part of the program environment Earned Value Management Cash Management and financial analysis functions. This will involve the generation of both internal and external financial reporting requirements monitoring and analysis of cost data and cash flow as well as in-depth financial planning.

The candidate selected will be responsible for implementing reporting and maintaining APEX data. The successful candidate will develop an ability to communicate at various levels of management and occasionally with the addition the candidate should be able to problem solve given sufficient input and create methods to analyze data and identify potential issues.

What You Will Do

Preparation and presentation of program financial deliverables
Forecasting and analysis of bookings sales profit and cash using RPLAN
Monthly Earned Value management and reporting
Early and often identification of program risks and opportunities
Preparation and presentation of internal reporting requirements
Generation and analysis of Estimate At Completion (EACs) on a quarterly basis including costs and risks and opportunities
Utilization of business software such as SAP APEX APEX EV Business Warehouse and Program Management Excellence (PMX) to manage program operations.
Problem solving
Work with Program Management team to provide financial guidance

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience with financial forecasting budgeting and/or variance analysis
Experience with Microsoft Office

Qualifications We Prefer

Understanding of Earned Value Management concepts and application
Previous experience using SAP APEX APEX EV Business Warehouse and Program Management Excellence (PMX) preferred
Able to meet critical deadlines
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team setting
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented
Self-starter and takes ownership of assignments
Willing and able to learn new systems/tools and processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely across functional teams and with immediate management.
Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
Works under general direction and participates in determining objectives of assignment
Ability to evaluate data develop financial models /plans/analyses/reports and present solutions to problems/issues for which there is no established approach.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
