Job Summary
As an Marketing Application Analyst Intern at Rocket youll gain valuable hands-on experience in marketing automation while becoming an integral member of our team. Youll leverage data insights to plan configure and deploy multichannel marketing communications including emails SMS and push notifications. This internship offers you the opportunity to ensure data quality apply best practices in digital communication and develop analytical skills through KPI reporting while collaborating with marketing stakeholders.
About the role
Configure multichannel marketing automation journeys
Use data insights to select the appropriate audience to test and launch marketing communications
Audit and test email SMS and push notifications to ensure requirements are met
Troubleshoot and respond to basic requests for support
Prepare client reports using key performance indicators from marketing emails SMS and push notifications
Work closely with Marketing stakeholders to fulfill requests
Learn about our business by attending meetings huddles and trainings
About you
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Business Information Technology or related field
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word
Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
Ability to create reports for marketing emails SMS and push notifications
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of project management systems
Self-directed approach
