Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end FCL ocean shipments (import/export customs land transportation).

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment flow.

  • Resolve customer queries and maintain proactive communication.

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation.

  • Follow SOPs/IOPs and identify process improvements.

  • Participate in client calls to support seamless operations.

  • Provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions by having good business knowledge / process understanding.

  • Participate in organizing webinars for new customers.

What Were Looking For

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in logistics basic Logistics/supply chain knowledge (fresh graduates welcome).

  • Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools.

  • Fluent in Hungarian and English; other languages are a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; not afraid to speak with customers and stakeholders or represent the team.

  • Proactive mindsetyou bring ideas challenge the status quo and think outside the box.

  • Passionate curious and open to taking on new challenges and projects beyond daily tasks.

  • A team player with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
