Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Description
We are hiring for our client a leading engineering solutions provider who are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment while supporting customers across Ireland. You will be homebased travelling mainly throughout central and southern Ireland carrying out installation maintenance and repair of specialist industrial machinery.

The Role
Install service and maintain a range of industrial equipment at client sites
Diagnose faults carry out mechanical and electrical repairs and perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Provide technical support and advice to customers ensuring minimal downtime
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the service coordinator
Work independently while representing the business to the highest professional standards
The Person
Time-served or qualified Engineer with experience in field service or maintenance engineering
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across central and southern Ireland
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
