Whats the role
Within our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Team youll be the first point of contact for some of our most valued institutional clients supporting them across the full lifecycle of their banking experience. From resolving complex queries to collaborating with internal teams youll play a key role in delivering seamless high-quality service every day. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne.
What do I need
Were looking for someone whos client-focused commercially minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll bring:
- Previous client-facing experience in a branch or similar environment (preferred)
- Strong understanding of banking systems processes and compliance frameworks (e.g. risk documentation pricing)
- A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify service-led growth opportunities
