Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Join our mission-driven team as a Supervisor of Patient Financial Counselors where youll lead a dedicated group helping patients navigate their healthcare financial responsibilities. Youll oversee daily operations coach and mentor staff and drive process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

What Youll Do:

Lead and support a team of about 30-35 financial counselors and Accounts Receivable Representatives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies financial assistance programs and healthcare laws to provide accurate advice to patients
Collaborates with Revenue Cycle ITDS and Clinical Operations to identify process errors and design-improved processes.
Develop training programs and improve workflows
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

What Youll Need:

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
34 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
