NEW HIRES ARE CONDITIONAL UPON PASSING A FINGERPRINT SCREENING
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provideexemplary customer service and responsiveness.
- Communicate clearly and work effectively with staff students and patrons.
- Follow supervisory directions and employ personal initiative when necessary.
- Work within designated bounds of authority and confidentiality.
- Participate in parent training and/or home visits as scheduled.
NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist other personnel as may be required to support them with the completion of their work activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to establish and maintain professional cooperative working relationships.
- Knowledge and successful implementation of strategies for working with students with Autism or willingness to be trained.
- Ability to assist with toileting needs diapering lifting tube feeding catheters and other forms of assistance.
- Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures.
