The job
As part of our global technical writing group youll collaborate with one or more teams of skilled software engineers from our global research & development group in writing and publishing technical documentation and associated content for our products and solutions. Youll help us research and transform complex technical concepts specifications and procedures into user-oriented information for non-technical and technical audiences for developing high-quality software documentation that meets user needs.
Key responsibilities
Learn essential work from self-learning training and shadowing seniors
Work under supervision on routine well-defined and non-complex work
Improve the quality of content adhere to the established standards and guidelines and deliver on time
Design develop review and publish high-quality technical documentation
Experience in working with products and solutions in industrial software
Experience in working with global agile and DevOps teams
Experience in working with Author-it Cloud and Microsoft Azure
