TITLE:Integration & Test Engineer with Active TS/SCI (US Citizenship REQUIRED)

RATE RANGE: : $70/hr - $92/hr **depends on experience and benefits chosen**

LOCATION: Onsite in Aurora CO 80011 (no relocation package)

DURATION: 12 month contract or Contract to Hire

CLEARANCE: Must currently have Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance issued by the Dept of Defense

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Principle Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our Engineering team in Aurora Colorado for the role of an Integration and Test this role you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.

The Integration and Test Engineer supports the Product Owner in completing tasks for Features and Capabilities requested by the government in support of government-led test events. The Integration and Test Engineer also assists the Product Owner and Team in planning the teams scope to complete them efficiently during each program increment.

Responsibilities include supporting various government-led enterprise mission events supporting teams backlog supporting the team during program increment planning being involved the teams capacity participating in retrospectives to continuously improve after each program increment elaborating and developing test plans and procedures addressing/prioritizing issues as found in the system and identifying results. The Integration and Test Engineer also participates in various program reviews and presentations to the customer as well as senior program management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Product Owner that oversees and provides daily direction to the assigned Product Team

Helps to manage the teams backlog and capacity during each program increment

Plan and support various customer-led mission test events

Regularly interact with the End-User by managing and nurturing the business relationship managing expectations vs. scope of contract proactively addressing emerging needs and identifying results.

Collaborate with the Product Owner and align Product Teams priorities with Test Cross Product Lead.

Works independently determines & develops approach to solution

Willingness to travel in support of offsite testing and meetings

Work in an Agile program environment

REQUIREMENTS

Typically requires a Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant systems integration and test experience or 5 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree in (STEM)

Hands-on Integration and Test engineering experience

Technical team leadership experience

Experience preparing and executing Integration and Test procedures

Experience troubleshooting and resolving software system execution problems

Experience with systems engineering principles and activities

Pro-active can-do and team-oriented attitude to foster a positive culture

Experience in Red Hat 7 or Red Hat 9 LINUX operating system

Experience in Bash and Python to review system level automated test procedures

Experience in Gitlab or Jenkins CICD pipeline with Kubernetes and Docker

Experience in GUI testing

Experience in quarterly program increment planning from an individual contributor perspective

Experience in customer collaboration to develop or review test acceptance criteria

Experience in system testing/demonstration to customers

Ability to clearly communicate test status and issues to the leadership team

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment

SIGINT or signal processing experience preferred

EDUCATION REQUIRE:

Bachelor Degree Required
