The Community Partnerships Manager drives referral growth and strengthens relationships with Regional Centers and community partners within an assigned territory. This role focuses on strategic sales planning outreach and community engagement to expand awareness of services and meet key performance goals. By collaborating with internal teams and cultivating new partnerships the manager enhances brand visibility supports service line expansion and contributes to overall business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate referrals and revenue by building and maintaining strong relationships with Regional Centers and community-based partners.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with leadership to achieve quarterly and annual KPI targets.
Represent the company at Regional Center meetings community events and philanthropy activities occasionally outside standard business hours.
Conduct in-person and virtual outreach activitiesincluding presentations one-on-one meetings and campaignsto increase brand visibility and service utilization.
Track and analyze sales activities presenting insights and ROI recommendations in quarterly business reviews and leadership meetings.
Collaborate with Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to align hiring and service delivery with growth needs.
Ensure compliance with Regional Center requirements Title 17 HIPAA and all applicable regulations.
This is a hybrid role requiring quarterly office presence and weekly travel to Regional Centers.
