The Make Ready Technician is essential to the effective and efficient operation of the Maintenance Department. As a Make Ready Technician you are responsible for ensuring that vacant units are move-in ready and meet Cohen-Esreys established quality standards by performing technical and mechanical work in a manner that ensures the timely turn of vacant apartment homes.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Maintenance Experience.
- Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven 2 years of light industrial experience
Compensation*$15
