Location: Suffolk/Essex
Salary Range: 70000 - 130000
An established and award-winning law firm in East Anglia is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction and driving business growth.

Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead by example fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation
- Set strategic direction for the commercial property department
- Drive team performance and professional development
Client Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients
- Drive new business through targeted marketing initiatives
- Convert leads into long-term client relationships
Legal Expertise:
- Provide expert advice on complex commercial property matters
- Handle high-value acquisitions disposals leases and property development projects
- Ensure exceptional legal service and client satisfaction
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers
- Foster professional growth and career progression
- Create a supportive and collaborative team environment
Firm Collaboration:
- Work closely with partners and senior management
- Contribute to broader firm objectives and strategic initiatives
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with8 years PQEin commercial property law
- Proven track record handling complex commercial property transactions and negotiations
- Strong leadership abilities with capacity to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable business development acumen
- Strategic mindset with proactive approach to opportunities
- Ability to generate and convert new business leads
