Leadership & Strategy:

Lead by example fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation
Set strategic direction for the commercial property department
Drive team performance and professional development

Client Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients
Drive new business through targeted marketing initiatives
Convert leads into long-term client relationships

Legal Expertise:

Provide expert advice on complex commercial property matters
Handle high-value acquisitions disposals leases and property development projects
Ensure exceptional legal service and client satisfaction

Team Development:

Mentor and develop junior lawyers
Foster professional growth and career progression
Create a supportive and collaborative team environment

Firm Collaboration:

Work closely with partners and senior management
Contribute to broader firm objectives and strategic initiatives
Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities

Essential Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with8 years PQEin commercial property law
Proven track record handling complex commercial property transactions and negotiations
Strong leadership abilities with capacity to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrable business development acumen
Strategic mindset with proactive approach to opportunities
Ability to generate and convert new business leads
