Key Responsibilities- Assist in identifying growth opportunities by analysing customer segments regional trends and product penetration.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of customer and product master data to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealers helping resolve queries track orders and ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to roll out targeted campaigns aimed at improving hit rates and conversion.
- Help maintain CRM systems and generate reports to track sales performance campaign effectiveness and dealer engagement.
- Assist in refining customer segmentation models to enable more personalized and effective outreach.
- Identify inefficiencies in internal sales processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity and responsiveness.
Requirements- A diploma or degree (completed or in final year of studies) in Sales Marketing Business Administration or Data Analytics.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
