Role and Responsibilities:
As the IT point of contact for the project the Consultant will serve as Project Manager /
Product Owner ensuring the successful deployment of the CLM solution.
Key responsibilities include:
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Prioritize manage and deliver the product backlog.
Act as the liaison between stakeholders the vendor and the development team.
Organize and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Track project progress (scope planning budget risks).
Support testing and validation phases before go-live.
Technical skills:
Knowledge of CLM/CRM process and solutions (experience with DocuSign Luminance Salesforce or equivalent solutions are a plus).
Understanding of SaaS architectures and system integrations.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Soft skills:
Curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
