Job Description

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for reviewing and enhancing the overall human resources and administrative functions. This role involves collaborating with various departments to align with and achieve the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance the full range of HR services including recruitment compensation and benefits employee relations training and development HR systems etc.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure alignment and support for departmental goals through effective HR programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize operational processes in the HR system including necessary testing and updates.
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Provide professional advice on HR-related issues at all levels of the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice sharing within the team and across the organization.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of HR projects enhancing service provision to local offices.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of comprehensive HR or business partnering experience in a multinational organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultures.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong employee relations skills adept at managing complex employee issues mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex HR issues develop innovative solutions and implement them effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with knowledge of HRIS (e.g. Workday).
