Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Operation Delivery Integration Manager Supply Chain Management
In this role you will be working with Genpact internal client account Management and existing service delivery Genpact Operational Delivery integration manager will apply strong domain knowledge & solution integration experience business expertise and have a sense of commercial acumen in service delivery practice to co-develop solutions and enhance delivery operations across Genpact client base.
Responsibilities
The Manager Operational Delivery Integration must have a strong understanding of portfolio services offerings in Aftersales (aforementioned) across industries
This role is the mastermind and holds all relevant details of the delivery portfolio scope and the taxonomy thereof
Should have experienced in integration of large deals (> $10MM commercial value). Must be capable of evaluating business and customer requirements and translates this into Genpact requirement of change management or investment needed and articulates this to the relevant stakeholders within Genpact
Must be able to bring in consultative led approach should have technology/AI driven transformation approach while solutioning and should be able to bring in cross functional collaborative attitude across globe
The successful candidate will utilize his/her experience as a technical business data and process acumen supporting Aftersales organization goals needs and objectives through operational and strategic oversight/solution development especially for Genpact s Industrial manufacturing clients
Research evaluate and recommend approaches new tools technologies and architectures that are emerging and are relevant for driving digital transformation in aftermarket services business
Oversee any Aftersales Related Service delivery processes
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Input for Aftersales functional leader to build capability internal solution campaigns solution adaptation evaluation.
Hold and adapts delivery taxonomy and delivery scope basis on new delivery projects - with active participation in client conversations for requirements development of solutions establish commercial construct and participate in client orals communication/ collaboration with LSA in terms of service delivery teams.
Collaborating with the Operating Groups to seek input existing Aftersales client base strategize to frame and demonstrate the capabilities to clients.
Interfacing with the delivery organization/s (through SPOCs when assigned) to ensure effective transition shape services collaborate on clear solution assumptions determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Supporting with BD spend estimate schedule work plan etc.
Scope and pricing accountable during business case definition estimating Service Delivery and Solution Management to deliver the defined scope of services.
Only if needed (mostly not applicable) -Mentor and support team members and junior solution architects/SMEs
