About the role

Following strong growth across EMEA Vectra AI is expanding its sales team in Switzerland. Were looking for an ambitious Commercial Sales Representative who is eager to build their career in tech sales and cybersecurity. You will focus on developing new business opportunities in the Swiss market working closely with our experienced sales channel and engineering teams. This is a position based in Switzerland working remotely within the country reporting to the Director Alpine.

What youll do

  • Prospect for new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Support the full sales cycle in close collaboration with senior account managers and partners.
  • Partner with channel resellers to help generate leads and close deals.
  • Build pipeline through outbound activity and support inbound leads.
  • Learn to manage and forecast pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Stay up to date on Vectras cybersecurity solutions and understand how we differentiate from competitors.
  • Contribute to account planning mapping and joint go-to-market activities with partners.
  • Grow your skills in relationship-building and solution selling.

What were looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience in technology sales business development or customer-facing roles (internships and entry-level roles count!).
  • An open empathetic and outgoing personality who enjoys meeting new people building trust and engaging with clients.
  • Strong interest incybersecurity and a desire to learn.
  • A polished professional appearance and strong awareness to represent Vectra AI with confidence and presence.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a big plus given the Swiss market.
  • Familiarity with sales tools is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
