We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst FP&A (Consolidation) to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the consolidation of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in financial planning reporting systems and data analysis and is capable of working cross-functionally with finance teams in various business units.
The Financial Analyst Consolidation will:
Management Reporting
- Prepare consolidated monthly quarterly and annual management reporting packages.
- Prepare and distribute consolidated management reports variance analyses and executive dashboards
- Review monthly financials and key performance metrics and investigate major discrepancies in revenues and expenses.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported financial data across departments and entities.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and reporting data.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the annual budgeting process including consolidation of budget submissions and preparing presentations for executive review.
- Assist with quarterly rolling forecasts by collecting input from business units and synthesizing into a consolidated outlook.
- Identify key trends risks and opportunities in financial results
To be successfulas a Financial Analystwith People Corporation you will need:
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience in finance and accounting industry or experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in financial modeling analysis and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel power query power BI
- Strong communication skills ability to establish and build relationships with various stakeholders
