- M.S. degree in Physics Material Science Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience in related field preferred
- Hands-on experience in development of advanced module process and equipment for mass production in display touch camera lens Module or other related industries
- Demonstrated failure mode analysis root cause investigation and problem solving for product yield and quality issue
- Proven ability to perform DOE data analysis SPC control
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability for frequent domestic and international business travel to support project implementation and collaborate with external vendors for product manufacturing
- Ph.D. degree in Physics Material Science Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience in related field preferred
- Self-starter with consistent track record to lead a project from lab scale development to high volume production without major last minute surprises
- Project Management- Excellent data handling documentation critical turning point creation and organization skill
