Job Summary
Join our dynamic team in Madrid and drive process improvements that make a real impact on our trading operations. Were looking for an analytical mind who thrives on solving complex challenges and bridging business and technical teams.
What you will do:
- Identify process gaps and create technical documentation to expand monitoring infrastructures
- Investigate and resolve complex deal representation issues as case manager implementing preventive measures
- Define and implement processes to improve deal entry consistency in ETRM systems
- Gather business requirements and create documentation for data-driven product development
- Coordinate stakeholders and drive project delivery for Mid Office initiatives
- Facilitate regular meetings and ensure swift resolution of dependencies and blockers
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree ideally in engineering economics physics or mathematics
- At least 4 years of experience as Business Analyst Project Manager or similar role
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and conflict resolution capabilities
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Ideally experience with commodity/financial trading ETRM systems or Atlassian software
