Client
A successful supportive and expanding UK law firm
Role
- Working with a range of clients including owner-managed businesses companies LLPs and partnerships as well as high net worth individuals trusts and some charities
- Work will include corporate sales and restructurings business investment and property transactions as well as advice on employee benefits
You
- A Corporate Tax Lawyer with a high level of technical knowledge and significant experience of corporate transactional work. Our client is open to considering lawyers of varying levels of PQE
- Experience of employee benefits VAT and/or SDLT will be an advantage
- CTA qualified
- You will be able to prioritise workload working to tight deadlines and be comfortable providing expertise across wider teams
