About the role
Were looking for a Demand Planning Manager to drive a transparent accurate and collaborative forecasting process. This role partners closely with Sales Finance and Commercial Planning to deliver robust demand plans support the IBP cycle and enable confident business decisions.
Note: This is a 12-month parental leave cover contract
Lead the monthly demand planning process driving consensus and clear accountability
Incorporate insights from Sales Finance and Pricing into forecasts
Track forecast accuracy (MAPE/bias) and identify key performance drivers
Support IBP forums through calendar management content collation and follow-up
Provide insights on demand/supply gaps risks and opportunities to stakeholders
About you
Youre a supply chain professional with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to deliver accurate forecasts in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Collaborative and detail-oriented you bring commercial awareness and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholders.
Experience in supply chain planning/management favourable
Skilled in enterprise planning systems (Infor advantageous)
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
Proven ability to influence collaborate and manage diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong planning and communication skills
