- Hands-on manual work experience as facilities maintenance construction manufacturing painting cosmetology or similar trades
- Willing to learn and apply color theory to see match and replicate colors textures and sheen is essential to our repair process
- Patience persistence and a steady approach mastering this trade takes time practice and attention to detail
- Physical dexterity and agility must be able to work in tight spaces on flooring and inside tubs with precision and care
- In the Field Daily
- Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day
- Perform high-quality repairs on a wide variety of surface material types
- Work in a variety of settings like apartments hotels residential housing construction sites and more
- Customer Service and Communication
- Treat customers tenants and staff with exceptional customer service
- Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
- Keep work kits and inventory neat organized and professional at all times
- Follow Repair Process
- Learn and apply our unique 5-step method as part of your creative workflow
- Master every tool and technique in your personalized field kit
- Use your artistic eye every repair is a custom solution
