Product Director

At Liberis were at a turning point and were looking for a Product Director who can help us define and scale our next generation of SME credit products.

Youll own the strategy & design of our credit portfolio building upon our flagship revenue-based finance offering and drive product diversification (e.g. Flexi Term Loans etc) helping us stay ahead of the curve!

Reporting into our CPTO youll lead a talented team of Product Managers building at global scale working with partners like eBay Vagaro Teya Elavon and WorldPay as we expand across North America and beyond.

What youll do:

• Define & Own Product Strategy Build the long-term roadmap for our multi-product credit suite aligning to Liberis ambition of becoming the #1 embedded finance platform in the World.
• Innovate & Scale Design and build new credit products and evolve existing ones to serve broader merchant segments and new type of partners.
• Partner Deeply Work hand-in-hand with Liberis strategic partners to co-create and embed financial products that drive adoption and loyalty.
• Commercial Impact Own key KPIs around penetration unit economics and portfolio performance; balance growth with margin and risk.
• Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Engineering Data Science Underwriting and Operations to deliver scalable automated and regulatory-compliant products.
• Team Leadership Build and mentor a high-performing product team setting a culture of speed creativity and merchant-centricity.
• Stay Ahead Track market trends competitor moves technology trends and regulatory shifts to keep Liberis ahead of the curve.

What we think youll need:

• Proven success building and scaling credit products ideally across revenue-based finance SME lending cards or payments.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams of product managers fostering a culture of high performance and growth.
• Track record of launching innovative financial products that achieved significant adoption and commercial results.
• Deep understanding of credit economics for SME market underwriting capital markets and risk frameworks.
• Experience in embedded finance payments or fintech platforms (global exposure a plus). Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across risk finance and technology.
• Commercial sharpness balancing product vision with unit economics cost-to-serve and margin.
• Data-driven approach: skilled in experimentation market analysis and customer insights.
