JOB DESCRIPTION:
The scope of our mission is to reinforce a team as a right-hand Project Lead to ensure the roll-out and continuous improvement of charging infrastructure deployment across strategic sites in Belgium directly supporting the electrification of utility vehicle fleets.
The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:
Support projects through high-quality detail-oriented execution (prepare implement deploy adapt integrate study execute):
- Prepare a comprehensive schedule of tasks per substation/site.
- Prepare a resource schedule of internal and external resources needed per site.
- Carry out the study visit of required works per station/site.
- Launch the ordering processes for works with subcontractors.
- Finalize the schedule to have a complete view at J-45 of tasks.
- Implement mitigation measures if necessary.
- Proactively adapt the installation process to local needs.
- Integrate possible or suggested improvements.
- Prepare usage scenarios of the chargers.
- Propose ad-hoc technologies.
- Propose schedules and placement scenarios of ad-hoc equipment.
- In collaboration with the mobility team adapt installation scenarios to real measured needs.
Support projects with rational data-driven assessments (monitor verify evaluate establish measure):
- Verify the availability of the different resources.
- Verify the adequacy between technological evolution and current rules.
- Participate in the evaluation of charge management systems (and if necessary manage their deployment).
- Verify correct application of the schedule.
- Set up monitoring and quality indicators (deployment).
- Set up monitoring and quality indicators (maintenance).
- Verify correct understanding of the installation process by stakeholders.
- In collaboration with the mobility team and stakeholders propose relevant indicators for charging monitoring.
- Get designs validated by the local technical managers.
Support projects by facilitating communication and reporting between stakeholders (manage coordinate ensure plan collaborate inform):
- Plan the tasks.
- Participate in preliminary site visits.
- Ensure implementation of maintenance policy consistent with safety and subcontracting rules.
- Ensure that the maintenance process is smooth and understood by all parties.
- Ensure engagement of all parties to meet the planning and budget.
The experience we are actively looking for:
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems: RGIE charging stations electrical connections.
- Proven experience in project management with multiple stakeholders and organizational complexity.
- Availability to obtain AVIP and safety certifications for high-voltage sites.
- Driving license B and readiness to travel across Belgium.
- Fluency in French and Dutch including technical jargon.
- Strong communication skills: reporting escalation stakeholder information.
- Ability to work autonomously with team spirit.
- Analytical and critical mindset able to challenge proposals.
- Budget and planning monitoring experience.
- Capacity to motivate and align stakeholders toward objectives.
- Entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Presence in Belgium is preferred with valid Single permit for non-EU citizens.
