Job Summary

MalaceHR is seeking a Material Handler to join our team. This role ensures the efficient production and distribution of products by managing inventory staging orders receiving shipments and maintaining warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented safety-conscious and experienced with material-handling equipment particularly stand-up reach trucks.

Key Responsibilities

Pull orders from inventory and stage finished products for distribution.
Maintain orderly stock and material storage areas.
Identify label and track inventory accurately.
Verify and locate materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Pack and prepare materials for shipping.
Document and record deliveries unit counts and storage locations.
Receive and store incoming deliveries in proper areas.
Perform pre-use inspections and operate forklifts pallet jacks and other equipment.
Safely move materials onto/off trucks ships and loading docks.
Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Ensure warehouse security including escorting visitors/customers to designated areas.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ability to operate a stand-up reach truck (primary equipment used).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of safety standards in warehouse operations.
