Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee BZOFP. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

We are currently seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano part of the Marriott International portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Front Office team including Reception Night Audit and Guest Services
Ensure a smooth and professional check-in/check-out experience for all guests
Lead train and support front office associates ensuring Marriott brand standards are upheld
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with a guest-focused approach
Assist in scheduling reporting and performance evaluations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Serve as a role model for exceptional service and team leadership
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to maintain efficient front desk operations

Previous experience in a front office supervisory or assistant management role ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
Strong communication leadership and time management skills
Excellent guest service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a strong plus
Knowledge of Opera PMS and MGS
Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as needed
