Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire with hybrid working
Client
An innovative healthcare technology organisation
Role
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
- Providinghigh quality and pragmaticlegal guidanceon a wide range of matters including commercial IP and data protection
- Risk management and protection of IP rights patents and trademarks
- Widecommercial experience across this growing business including regular exposure to the board
- 5 years PQE solicitor witha proven track record in complex commercial agreements and strongknowledge of data protection law
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues in accessible terms
- Proactive adaptable and eager to keep abreast of relevant legal developments and regulation changes
- Experience in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
