Vicoland gives the professional services market a new dimension: Virtual Companies Vicos. We invented Vicos as a new type of supplier more efficient than traditional professional services firms (consultancies system integrators agencies etc.). On our AI-driven SaaS platform freelance experts team up to act like real companies competing successfully for large enterprise projects.
Already 100 Vicos with thousands of freelancers work on projects for enterprise clients like Mercedes-Benz Netflix and the German Federal Government. Forbes and Forrester mention Vicoland as a leading force transforming the market.
Our platform provides the full digital infrastructure: marketing finance legal organization plus a deal pipeline with >70 enterprise clients. And it integrates seamlessly with SAPs procurement ecosystem.
A key focus of our growth lies in SAP services. Many of our Vicos focus on areas ranging from SAP S/4HANA transformation to highly specific SAP application modules. We are therefore looking for ambitious SAP professionals who already lead integration projects in consulting firms or system integrators and want to take the next entrepreneurial step.

This is your opportunity to found and scale your own Virtual Company without investment fixed costs or liability. You join our Entrepreneur in Residence program (612 months). During this phase you get full access to the Vicoland infrastructure mentoring from experienced Vicoland professionals and financial support for transitioning from employee to entrepreneur.
We accompany you in kick-starting and growing your own business team revenue and profit as a Vico Lead. Key elements of our Entrepreneur in Residence program for you are:

Tasks
- Build and lead your Virtual Company with full autonomy and profit responsibility.
- Define your SAP focus (S/4HANA BTP FI/CO MM SD SuccessFactors etc.).
- Recruit and motivate your team from your own and Vicolands networks.
- Develop clients hand in hand with Vicolands sales team.
- Establish playbooks as standards in your Vico for scaling SAP delivery models.
- Position yourself as thought leader (content events community).
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to grow beyond your current horizon as employee.
- SAP expertise: Deep technical competence in at least one SAP domain.
- Leadership experience: Proven track record in leading teams/projects.
- Network power: Existing client and talent connections are a plus.
- High-potential profile: Strong academic record fast career progression and proven impact in consulting or system integration.
- Growth hunger: Strong drive to build something scalable.
