_{We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Coos Bay this role you will assess respiratory status administer treatments monitor patient responses and provide education focused on respiratory care health and wellness.}

_{Key Responsibilities}

_{Assess and evaluate patients respiratory status and implement appropriate treatment plans.}
_{Administer respiratory care treatments therapies and medications.}
_{Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and modify care as necessary.}
_{Provide education to patients and families about respiratory therapies and wellness strategies.}
_{Collaborate with physicians nurses and other clinical staff to deliver coordinated patient care.}
_{Maintain accurate timely and complete patient records in the electronic health system.}
_{Follow all hospital policies safety protocols and compliance guidelines.}

_{Required Skills and Abilities}

_{Effective verbal and written communication in English.}
_{Proficiency with electronic documentation and computer-based systems.}
_{Strong attendance and reliability for scheduled shifts.}

_{Qualifications}

_{High school diploma or equivalent.
(Copy of diploma/transcript required if performing Moderate Complexity Testing.)}
_{Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Oregon.}
_{Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).}
_{Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA)}
_{Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) AHA (or obtained within 6 months)}
_{Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) AHA or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) (or obtained within 1 year)}
_{Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) American Academy of Pediatrics (or obtained within 1 year)}

_Experience

_{Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.}
_{New Graduates will also be considered.}
