_{Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Oklahoma Required}
_{Minimum 6 months of nursing experience Required}
_{NIH Stroke Certification Required (or willing to obtain upon hire)}
_{Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required}
_{Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred}
