_{We are seeking a dedicated Stepdown Registered Nurse with a strong cardiac care focus to join our high-acuity transitional care team. This role involves managing a range of complex medical conditions for patients who require close monitoring but do not need full ICU care. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused highly organized and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.}

_{Key Responsibilities}

_{Provide care for patients with cardiac and other critical conditions including:}
- _{Chest pain rule-outs (CP)}
- _STEMI/NSTEMI
- _{Post-CABG post-thoracotomy and post-vascular surgeries}
- _{Respiratory failure requiring BIPAP or Airvo}
- _{Hemodynamic instability requiring IV medications (non-titrated)}
- _{CHF sepsis and dysrhythmias}
_{Manage post-Cardiac Cath Lab patients including arterial sheath monitoring.}
_{Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and patient assessments.}
_{Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.}
_{Maintain accurate patient records and provide education to patients and families.}
_{Demonstrate leadership by working collaboratively with support staff and ancillary services.}

_{Qualifications}

_{Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma Required}
_{At least 6 months of RN experience Required}
_{NIH Stroke Certification Required (or must obtain upon hire)}
_{Basic Life Support (BLS) Required}
_{Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred}
