Job Summary

Job Title: Manager Data Engineering

Location: Pleasanton CA or Dallas TX preferred remote is acceptable

Length: 10 months

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data Engineering to lead a team focused on building scalable data infrastructure for Retail Media Network (RMN) initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise in GCP strong leadership skills and a passion for driving data-driven media monetization strategies.

Your Impact:
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
Architect and oversee the development of data pipelines using BigQuery Dataflow Cloud Composer and GCS.
Drive the adoption of best practices in ETL data warehousing and event streaming.
Partner with product analytics and media teams to deliver high-impact data solutions for RMN monetization.
Ensure data governance security and compliance across all engineering efforts.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud data engineering and media monetization.

Your Skills & Experience:
7 years of experience in data engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expert-level proficiency in BigQuery GCS Dataflow and Cloud Composer.
Strong background in ETL architecture data warehousing and event streaming.
Advanced Python skills for data engineering and automation.
Proven experience working with Retail Media Network (RMN) data and media monetization strategies.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
