Centennial Imports is seeking a high-performance results-driven Used Car Manager to join our leadership team in Pensacola. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a high-volume pre-owned operation backed by two of the worlds most prestigious brands: Mercedes-Benz and Volvo Cars.

Proven success managing a used car department (preferably with luxury or import brands)
Strong appraisal acquisition inventory and merchandising skills

Solid understanding of reconditioning turn time and profitability metrics
Highly organized with a hands-on leadership style

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source and manage inventory to maximize gross and velocity
Price market and merchandise units for maximum exposure
Collaborate with GSM and ownership to set and exceed targets
Manage used car sales consultants and support staff
Ensure compliance quality and customer satisfaction across all transactions
