Job Summary
Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN) - Long Term Care (LTC)
Start Date: 10/20/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Charlevoix MI 49720
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 12
Shift Notes: 12 hr days 36-hour guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: Every other
On-Call Requirements: None

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 35-mile radius restriction)
Dress Code: Matching Scrubs
Further Specifics:
- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
** A strict 3-strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.
Under direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager/director charge nurse or staff nurse/team leader. Performs duties assisting staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with the established methods and procedures of the hospital. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience. Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family-centered care.
Submission Requirements
- 2 Years of Experience - Required
- BLS Must be AHA - Required
- If they already have their MI LTC Fingerprinting that is a selling point.
