Job Summary

Position: LPN / LVN Outpatient Addiction Recovery
Location: Ithaca & Cortland NY
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

TRAVEL PAY BREAKDOWN:

Hourly Rate: $44.00 $16.22 taxable $27.78 non-taxable
Weekly Gross: $1980.22 $729.90 taxable $1250.32 non-taxable

Schedule:

Day shift Monday Friday (8-hour shifts)
Some Saturday shifts (7:30 AM 1:00 PM)
5 shifts per week
Float between Ithaca and Cortland (weekly advance notice; no mid-week split)

Experience & Requirements:

2 years of LPN/LVN experience
Outpatient clinic rehab or mental health experience preferred
Must be detail-oriented with zero tolerance for medication errors
Controlled substance handling experience preferred
Compassionate empathetic and patient-focused
