DESCRIPTION: Silicon Valley Bank is seeking a Channel Strategist focused on lead management and audience strategy.
The Channel Strategist role is preferred to be based in Austin TX however other remote locations in the United States may be considered.
Channel Planning & Strategy
- Document current state processes and workflows and propose opportunities for optimizations and customer journeys to improve CRO.
- Support project management to ensure detailed channel requirements are outlined for channel operational activation.
- Support Sales Operations critical requests in tracking form submissions within same day turn around.
Experienced within Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) to deliver regular reports and draw insights on historical lead data audience attributes and lead performance metrics to support channel planning strategies.
Track KPIs and performance of channel campaigns while partnering with analytics. Lead Management - Familiarity with CRM tools Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting for stakeholders to identify root cause problems implement fixes and propose long-term solutions in collaboration with MarTech and Operations to prevent future reoccurrences.
Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying target audience attributes and work cross-functionally in maintenance of audience segmentation.
Qualifications - 5 years marketing automation experience in Marketo.
- Experience working within flowchart applications Visio.
- Experience in understanding interrogating and distilling data and insights from a broad range of sources.
- Self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
