Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Deployment SME to support the rollout of Icertis CLM as part of a broader enterprise transformation program. The role will focus on contract obligation management clause libraries compliance flow-downs and integration with Infor (S2P) and Costpoint (Finance).

The SME will work closely with our System Integrator (SI) consultants Booz Allen business process owners and compliance officers to ensure Icertis is configured to reflect to-be processes meet federal contracting requirements and integrate seamlessly into the end-to-end contract procurement finance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with SI Icertis consultants to design and validate contract management workflows (contract authoring obligation tracking approvals).
  • Participate in the design and build session with Contracts Legal Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders.
  • Identify contract data elements (CLINs SLINs obligations deliverables milestones) that require mapping into Costpoint non-CAS structures.
  • Define obligation-to-financial mapping rules (e.g CLIN Project Code Billing Event).
  • Validate interface requirements for milestone-based billing deliverables and fee structures that fall outside standard CAS pools.
  • Collaborate with Finance Data Analyst and Finance SME (on behalf of Controller) to ensure obligations align with Costpoint billing logic.
  • Document and test Icertis-to-Costpoint integration scenarios for non-CAS contracts during UAT.
  • Ensure FAR/DFARS ITAR and DCAA requirements are embedded into contract templates workflows and reporting.
  • Oversee clause library metadata and template setup to support compliance and auditability.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and Data Lead to align Icertis contract data with Infor (procurement) and Costpoint (finance).
  • Develop and validate obligation-to-action flows ensuring contract milestones and deliverables trigger appropriate actions in downstream systems.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases validating obligation workflows and documenting results.
  • Partner with the Change Management Lead to create training content for contracts legal and supply chain users.
  • Provide expertise during hypercare post go live to stabilize operations.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Icertis CLM deployments (configuring workflows clause libraries obligation management).
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS ITAR DCAA).
  • Leadership experience in aerospace defense or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven track record integrating Icertis with ERP (Infor/SAP/Oracle) and Finance (Costpoint/Deltek) systems.
  • Strong business analysis skills ability to translate legal/contract requirements into system configuration.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross- functional teams.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in catalogue and supplier compliance flow-downs.
  • Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite A&D and Deltek Costpoint.
  • Prior experience in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) for contracts and compliance
  • AI knowledge and tools automation
    • Experience utilizing AI tools in ERP and supply chain deployment and operations beneficial.
  • Knowledge of audit and reporting controls for government contracting.
