Job Summary

Role: MMIS IT Change Management Professional

Location: Jefferson City MO - Hybrid ( 1 week per month onsite)

Duration: 3 years

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in leading organizational change initiatives.
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) is preferred
The Organizational Change Practitioner will work in parallel with MME PMO and the State Project Managers to support the successful implementation of change initiatives. This approach will focus on stakeholder engagement process optimization and organizational readiness to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
