Job Description/ Requirement:

15 years as a Business Analyst translating business needs into technical requirements
10 years collaborating with architects and developers to drive technical designs for large-scale applications
Strong background in reviewing technical designs/specifications for accuracy and standards compliance
Expertise in responsive design application development and creating human-centric design solutions
Skilled in gap analysis modernizing legacy systems and evaluating build vs. buy solutions
Deep experience in Agile and Hybrid (Scrum Kanban etc.) and familiarity with other SDLC methodologies
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to evaluate complex issues and recommend solutions
Knowledge of software integration with enterprise systems and databases
Familiarity with IT infrastructure: APIs middleware cloud computing legacy and emerging technologies
Proficiency with process modeling tools for flowcharts data models and business process diagrams
